IVR/Audiotec

CTMaster Audiotec provides a powerful capability for sophisticated call processing and information delivery systems. Audiotec allows you to define the sequence of messages and responses that define an automated conversation. With CTMaster's IVR/Audiotec capability, you can automate the delivery or collection of information simply and professionally. You define information modules, the way they are linked together, and valid touch tone responses. You can even have the caller leave a message for later retrieval. Callers can interact with CTMaster to retrieve specific information/messages/faxes, to access other databases for delivery of custom data (e.g. customer's balances), or to record messages, and responses to questions, to be notified of specific information or events (e.g. appointment reminder). CTMaster permits sophisticated relationships between Voice Mail, Attendant, Out Dial, and Fax applications. Audiotec applications are built using a basic building block referred to as a module. The conversation flow can be predetermined or be based on the caller's responses. Each module can execute a "program script" (a set of instructions written in CallBASIC) to accomplish a desired function

Unrestricted number of information modules
Eleven types of information modules
Independent starting module per line
Integrates seamlessly with Voice mail, Attendant, and Outcall
Log of caller responses
Unique ID labels in each module for logging caller responses
Record message files via touch tone phone
Caller response history tracking
Append recording to an existing message
Out Dial

CTMaster calls a list of predefined telephone numbers and delivers any message, or series of Audiotec modules, and logs responses from the called party. Linking Out Dial with Audiotec provides powerful Out Dial capabilities.
CTMaster Out Dial application allows you to make telephone calls to a list of phone numbers that have been loaded into the system, and deliver and/or collect information or send a fax. The information delivered can be a simple message or a complex scripted conversation in Audiotec. Each phone number can be directed to a specified port or to the next available port. Each port can concurrently support a different Out Dialing program if desired via the Audiotec Start Module. CTMaster supports List Dialing from designated ports or Scheduled Dialing from any available port that has the Port Type enabled for Outbound.
